Return Policy
Hey there! We want you to feel super comfy shopping with Outerwear, so here’s our easy-peasy return policy:
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you’ve got 7 days to send it back to us. Just make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging. You’ll need to cover the delivery charges.
If there’s a problem on our end, we’ll take care of the return delivery charges.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 days. Your money will go right back to your bank account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash – whichever you prefer.

Exchange Policy
Hey there! We’re all about making sure you get exactly what you want at Outerwear, so here’s how our exchange policy works:
If you’ve got your eye on another design or need a different size, no worries! You can exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it. Just make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging. If the size you got is wrong because of us, you won’t have to pay any delivery charges for the exchange. But if it’s because of something on your end, like a change of heart or picking the wrong size, you’ll need to cover those delivery charges.
Don’t stress though, if we mess up and send you the wrong size, we’ll take care of the delivery charges for the exchange.
